Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for Services or Sale of Goods. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these nor do they affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have any complaints about our service or any Goods or Services you purchase from us, please contact us by email to service@selecterpc.co.uk
We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days, and keep you informed throughout the process including the time it will take to resolve the complaint.
Purchasing Goods and Services
All prices are in GBP sterling. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at anytime from stated on the website. Prices are checked regularly however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will inform you and ask if you wish to proceed. If for any reason goods or services ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative.
We cannot be held liable whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods or Services by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Payment MethodsAll service charges are in units of one hour or 30 minutes.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by Selecter PC.
We accept payment by cash or credit/debit card.
No Fix, No Fee Policy
Selecter PC reserve the right to waive the No-Fix, No Fee policy before booking an engineer. The customer will be informed before hand if the problem reported falls into this category.
Call out fee is payable irrespective of whether the fault has been fixed. In addition, No-Fix, No Fee applies to the first problem reported to us, additional problems can be reported to the call taker or engineer when he visits but these will come outside the No-Fix, No Fee. If the first problem reported is fixed but subsequent ones are not charges for the whole time the engineer has spent are payable.
No-Fix, No fee only applies to problems we cannot fix or are uneconomical to fix, not to problems the customer does not want us to fix.Limits of liability
Selecter PC will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses or loss of data arising from the service or the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorised access or alteration to the IT system [by a third party]. Customers should perform a system backup before a visit of an engineer or work to be carried out by Selecter PC. Selecter PC are not liable for any data lost. We will endeavour to ensure all data is backed up from customers document files. It is the customers responsibility to notify Selecter PC of any special data not contained in the customers documents folders. However, it is up to the customer to carry out a regular backup of all data to prevent any data loss. Selecter PC will not specifically be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses from the installing of any hardware or additional programs.
Telephone & Email support is strictly provided over the telephone or email. Any further support provided as a telephone or email support call would not result in an on-site callout, unless customers have agreed to the on-site charges in advance.
Governance of the Terms and Conditions
English law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Selecter PC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF ADVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON ANY COMMUNICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMAIL, TELEPHONE, FAX, VERBAL, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, Selecter PC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Selecter PC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING AS THE RESULT OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN Selecter PC AND ITS CLIENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
